At Peonies Wedding, we always strive to ensure that you receive high-quality wedding invitation products and the best service. However, in certain circumstances, we will apply a refund policy to protect our customers' rights.

Cases eligible for a refund:

  1. Products with manufacturing defects: Including serious printing errors (wrong colors, incorrect content, smudged ink, missing important details), incorrect cutting, or products damaged during shipping due to our fault.
  2. Products not conforming to the approved design: The final product does not match the design or proof that you confirmed earlier (excluding minor color variations due to display on different devices).
  3. Incorrect quantity delivered: The actual quantity of cards delivered does not match the quantity ordered and paid for.

Cases not eligible for a refund:

  1. Errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer: Including typos, incorrect dates, wrong venues, or any other inaccurate information provided by the customer.
  2. Change of mind after proof approval and product printing: We do not accept refunds if you change your mind about the design, quantity, or any other details after the final proof has been approved and the products have been put into production.
  3. Insignificant minor errors: Minor color variations (due to differences in display between screens and printed products), insignificant size deviations within the acceptable range of the printing process.
  4. Products that have been used or show signs of damage caused by the customer.
  5. Force majeure events: Natural disasters, fires, epidemics, or events beyond our control.

Refund Request Process:

  1. Notification: Please notify us of the issue within 03 daysΒ from the date you receive the products.
  2. Provide information: You need to provide complete order information (order code, order date), a detailed description of the product defect, along with accompanying photos or videos as evidence.
  3. Review and response: We will review your request within 02 business daysΒ from the date we receive complete information.
  4. Resolution options:
    • If the refund request is accepted, we will proceed to reprint new products as soon as possible or refund the corresponding amount of the defective products. The specific solution will be agreed upon by both parties.
    • In the case of reprinting, we will bear all costs related to the production and shipping of the new products.
    • In the case of a refund, the refund time may vary depending on your original payment method.

Note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Any shipping costs incurred during the return process (if any) will be specifically agreed upon.
