Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Peonies Wedding. We are thrilled to be a part of your special day. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery process, timelines, and guidelines.
1. Production vs. Shipping Time
Please note that shipping transit times are separate from our design and production times. Because our wedding suites are highly customized, your order requires a production turnaround time of 7+ business days from the date you approve the final test print. Shipping times will apply only after your order has been completed and leaves our studio.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Timelines
We safely deliver our bespoke stationery both locally and globally.

Domestic Shipping (Vietnam):

Local Express (HCMC): 2 - 4 hours via express couriers (Grab/Ahamove).

Standard Domestic: 3 - 5 business days to other provinces.

International Shipping (Global):

We ship worldwide using premium, trusted couriers such as DHL and FedEx.

Estimated transit time: 3 - 8 business days, depending on your exact destination.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the final, actual weight of your packaged order and your delivery destination. Shipping costs will be either calculated automatically at checkout or provided to you via a finalized invoice before we dispatch your package.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are strictly responsible for paying these additional charges. * Peonies Wedding has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your suite is beautifully packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update its status.
6. Damages, Missing Items & Claims
We take the utmost care in quality control and securely packaging your stationery. However, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To file a claim for any missing items or damages incurred during transit, you must provide a clear, uncut Unboxing Video showing the package being opened.

Claim Window: All issues must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date. After this 3-day window, the order is considered successfully fulfilled and closed. We will not be able to process claims submitted after this period.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the highly customized and personalized nature of our wedding stationery, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once your final proof has been approved and the printing process has begun. Reprints or refunds are only issued in the rare event of a manufacturing error made directly by the Peonies Wedding production team.
